Chief Elections Officer Reminds Voters in Portola Valley Elementary School District Voters to Mail Their Ballots

May 6th Special All Mail Ballot Election

Redwood City, CA - San Mateo County Chief Elections Officer Warren Slocum is encouraging voters to put their Vote by Mail ballot in the mail today or tomorrow at the latest.
Ballots must be received by 8:00 p.m. on May 6 in order to be counted. Postmarks do not count.

“I want to remind voters about this important school district election that will be held this Tuesday. If you haven’t already mailed your ballot to the Elections Office, you need to do so by tomorrow at the latest. Otherwise, voters should plan to drop their ballot off at the Town Hall on Monday or Tuesday during business hours or take it to the Elections Office,” explained Slocum.

The semi-official results for the special election will be posted online on May 6th at 8:05 pm at www.shapethefuture.org. For more information about this election, voters may go online to www.shapethefuture.org or call (650) 312-5222.
