As required by law, voters may cast a ballot in person using the County’s new ADA accessible electronic voting machines during this time. The office will also be open for voting on Election Day starting at 7:00 am and ending at 8:00 pm.” There will not be any polling locations open for voting on Election Day. Voters received their election materials and their ballot in the mail on or about April 9th to participate in the May 8th Special Election. “We’re hoping that some voters will like the convenience of voting by mail and decide to become Permanent Absentee Voters as the result of this experience,” Slocum added.
