Four County Initiatives to Enter Circulation

Signature gatherers will have 180 days to obtain the required signatures.

REDWOOD CITY, CA— Chief Elections Officer Warren Slocum announced that his office forwarded the title and summary for four county initiatives to the proponents on March 22, 2006. In order to qualify for the ballot, the proponents must gather 17,221 valid signatures for each of the four initiatives by September 18, 2006. All signers must be registered voters in San Mateo County.
