Redwood City, CA – The tax rate statement submitted via court order on Friday, September 2, 2005 by the Belmont-Redwood Shores School District for Measure C will be available for public review until 5:00 p.m. on Monday, September 12th.

Any registered voter of the district may seek a writ of mandate or an injunction requiring any or all of the materials to be amended or deleted. The writ of mandate or injunction request must be filed in San Mateo Superior Court by the end of the review period.
