Redwood City, CA – Warren Slocum, San Mateo County’s Chief Elections Officer took time Friday to remind voters of the services available for mail-ballot and provisional voting for the May 3rd election. “We have a very efficient and secure mail-ballot program, and I want to ensure that every eligible voter has the opportunity to participate in this election,” said Slocum.
Voters in the Redwood City School District will decide the fate of Measure V through an all-mail election currently underway. Election Day is Tuesday, May 3rd .
Replacement and Provisional ballots are currently available at 40 Tower Road in San Mateo. In addition, replacement and provisional ballots will be available at 555 County Center, 1st Floor, Redwood City, on Monday, May 2nd from 8 a.m. to 5p.m., and Tuesday, May 3rd from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Voters registered by the April 18th deadline automatically received a ballot in the mail. However, if the ballot is spoiled or misplaced, voters may request a replacement ballot. Please call (650) 312-5222 or visit 40 Tower Road in San Mateo.
