The Peninsula Health Care District encompasses the cities of San Bruno, Millbrae, Burlingame, Hillsborough, San Mateo and parts of Foster City and South San Francisco. There are 101,301 registered voters in this district.
Measure V (Majority Approval Required)
“Shall the Peninsula Health Care District (“District”) authorize construction by Mills-Peninsula Health Services (“MPHS”) of a new earthquake safe state-of-the-art acute care hospital on District land and a new long-term lease of District land with MPHS for the annual rent of $1,500,000 (adjusted for cost of living increases), in accordance with the District’s Master Agreement with MPHS dated October 17, 2005, and Resolution 2005-2, adopted August 30, 2005?"
