About All Mail Elections
Every registered voter will receive their official election information and official ballot in the mail along with a postage-paid return envelope to cast their ballot by mail. The election information will be mailed the week of July 31st.
The Peninsula Health Care District made the decision to conduct this special election by mail as permitted by California law.
Any voter may sign up at any time to vote every election by mail if they apply to be a Permanent Absentee Voter (online permanent voter application or by mail).
