Victor Voter decides that he wants to vote in the next election. He starts his voting adventure by finding out if he is able to vote. Victor is a citizen, he's older than eighteen years, and has not been convicted of a felony.

Victor knows that he can get a voter registration form on the internet and at the public library and other government offices. He decides to return a book at the library and pick up a form there.
